The inside of the heating system has been redesigned to prevent the coal from going out by using small pins to support the coal at the bottom. The double wall of the heating system prevents the charcoal ash from falling into the bowl to preserve the aromas as much as possible. The QUASAR RAAS can reach its full potential with just 2 cube coals.
The borosilicate glass bowl has been redesigned in the phunnel area, which now has a single central hole. This redesign aims to improve ease of set-up and intuitiveness, allowing both professionals and amateurs to prepare their bowl quickly and without obstacles. Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the customer’s invoice or tracking number for unused items. You as a customer are obliged to inform us by e-mail before you return the item, in the case of:
