Shipping during the Christmas season and over New Year’s
Our logistics center will ship all online orders placed and fully paid for by December 22, 2025, by December 23, 2025. All orders placed on or after December 23 will be shipped on December 29, 2025, or January 2, 2026. Our logistics center will be closed on all days in between. From January 2, 2026, we will be back to business as usual on all working days.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery times of DHL and UPS. Please note that transport companies are very busy at this time of year, which may lead to delays in shipping.

Shipping
In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 6.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany and 16.90 euros for international shipping to the countries supplied. Different shipping costs are shown on the order page and are automatically adjusted after selecting the destination country. From € 199, shipping in Germany is free of charge. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page. Additional fees, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please inform yourself about the regulations of the destination area.
Delivery and transport damage
Delivery is only possible within Germany and to the following countries:

Self-collection: We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.
