Moon Gravity
The difference in smoking behavior between 1-hose and 4-hose models is mainly due to the need for non-return valve balls. Thanks to the innovative Moon Gravity technology, the weight of these balls is compensated so that they are barely noticeable when drawing.

Advanced diffuser
A floating ball in the diffuser prevents the water column from rising and oscillating in the dip tube. When pulling, you immediately feel a pleasant draught, as the water does not have to be removed from the dip tube first.
Cooling diffuser compatibility
The Steamulation Ultimate is compatible with the optional Cooling Diffuser. Its compact design combines numerous functions that enhance and optimize hookah enjoyment in a unique way.
Cooling control compatibility
The optional Cooling Control Adapter optionally directs part of the air blown out back into the upper smoke column to the tobacco head. This allows the tobacco head to be cooled in a targeted manner. The air volume is adjustable and can be switched off or remain permanently activated.
X Blow Off + compatibility
You can also use the well-known X-Blow Off + with your Steamulation Ultimate. The blow-off plate can be activated and deactivated by turning the blow-off plate below the charcoal plate. With the well-known X Blow Off, you have 31 different blow-off options. Choose your favorite!

Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the customer’s invoice or tracking number for unused items. You as a customer are obliged to inform us by e-mail before you return the item, in the case of:
- Wrong article received
- The item did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged packaging)
- Article had defects
The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, securely packed, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be securely packed in a box for protection during transportation, possibly in the same box that was used for shipping to you, the customer.
