This advanced surface finish offers non-stick properties and exceptional resistance to thermal stress and residues. At the same time, daily cleaning is made much easier – for clean and long-lasting sessions.
Optimized air circulation
The Quasar Raas 2 Black Hole is based on a precisely developed airflow architecture that optimally balances hot and cool airflows within the system. This controlled circulation ensures an even draw and a clear, unadulterated aroma development – intense, constant and controlled.
Stable heat, extended session
Thanks to the double-walled system, the heat remains stored in the core of the appliance and enables naturally balanced temperature regulation. The coals glow evenly and in a controlled manner, the heat remains constant – without overheating – which preserves the purity of the flavor throughout the session.

Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the customer’s invoice or tracking number for unused items. You as a customer are obliged to inform us by e-mail before you return the item, in the case of:
- Wrong article received
- The item did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged packaging)
- Article had defects
The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, securely packed, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be securely packed in a box for protection during transportation, possibly in the same box that was used for shipping to you, the customer.
